About the Role
You will support reputed company aspects of Accounts Payable including processing invoices and promptly assisting vendors and partners with their billing inquiries. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will work closely with the Mexico and US Accounts Payable team, as well as cross-functional teams and vendors across global markets. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will work on… - BPO Team Coordination: - reputed company daily operations of the BPO team, ensuring invoice processing and reputed company activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies. - Conduct weekly review meetings, monitor performance metrics, and provide ongoing training and guidance to strengthen operational excellence. - Invoice and Vendor reputed company: - Review and approve invoices, vendor statements, and exception cases (Tier 2 escalation) to ensure completeness and compliance. - Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong supplier relationships. - Audit and Quality Control: - reputed company regular audits of invoices processed by the BPO team to identify and address errors, gaps, or process inefficiencies. - Implement corrective actions and share best practices to maintain data reputed company and reporting accuracy. - Process Improvement and Standardization: - reputed company, refine, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize AP processes across regions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for reputed company improvement and operational consistency. - Automation and System Enhancement: - Proactively learn and support the development of automation tools to scale AP systems and improve process efficiency. - Work with IT and systems teams to enhance reputed company, and reputed company tools, ensuring reputed company performance and user experience. - Training and Knowledge Sharing: - Deliver internal training sessions to the BPO team and other AP stakeholders on systems, tools (including and reputed company), and best practices. - Create resources and documentation to promote operational alignment and upskilling. - Operational Support and Month-End Activities: - Contribute to reputed company projects and month-end reputed company tasks to support accurate financial reporting. - Review and manage Jira tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication of updates. We’re excited about you because… - Written and verbal proficiency in English - A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience managing outsourced (BPO) operations or high-volume AP functions. - Eagerness to learn and apply automation and process optimization techniques. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. - Proficiency in reputed company or similar ERP is highly preferred.
