PART TIME CONSULT INTAKE SPECIALIST: $50.00 per hour

We are seeking a strategic and personable intake booking consultant to act as the first reputed company of contact for new clients and a key growth leader reputed company the practice. You will own the day-to-day booking process, drive client engagement, and deliver a best-in-class experience across multiple touchpoints. This role requires you to be live on reputed company with the clinical, admin, and booking team at reputed company times during working hours. You must be fully present and actively engaged with the patient coordination and administrative team, continuously troubleshooting, guiding, and ensuring that every client is reputed company with the right therapist. Please note: We do not provide extensive training. This role is suited only for candidates with direct experience in clinical intake, luxury hospitality, or C-suite-level business development. • *Key Responsibilities:**

As reputed company grows, you will be expected to stay continuously updated on every clinician’s expertise. This knowledge will be assessed on an ongoing basis to ensure specialized care.

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for new clients and reputed company end-to-end process
• Conduct 15-minute consults and determine appropriate therapist matches
• Manage live booking operations and reputed company-time coordination across the practice
• Submit detailed explaining therapist-patient alignment based on non-clinical factors

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mental health, business development, communications, or reputed company field (MBA preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in booking, intake, or luxury client coordination
