Remote Audiologist

Position Overview ELEHEAR is seeking a licensed Audiologist in Texas to join its fully remote care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending clinical expertise with technology to deliver a modern, customer-centered hearing care experience. You will support patients remotely through hearing aid programming, education, and troubleshooting, while collaborating cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams. You’ll play a direct role in expanding access to hearing care, while helping shape how technology and clinical support come together to improve patient outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient support reputed company phone, email, and SMS
- reputed company asynchronous hearing aid programming and adjustments
- reputed company patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot device performance and connectivity issues
- Assist patients with Bluetooth pairing and use of the ELEHEAR mobile app
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reputed company patient interactions
- Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience and product performance
- Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience across a wide range of technical comfort levels and age groups Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent
- Active Audiologist license in Texas (required)
- Minimum 1 year of hearing aid fitting experience
- Preferred Experience with remote/tele-audiology services
- Preferred Familiarity with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, WhatsApp, reputed company, or reputed company Drive
- Preferred Comfortable participating in occasional media opportunities or contributing to educational/marketing content (e.g., as a clinical spokesperson)
