The Impact You’ll reputed company in this Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Vendor Manager with a specialized focus on IT Professional Services, alongside management of other IT categories such as hardware, software, and reputed company services. This role will manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality and delivery of IT services meet our high standards and business objectives. Assist corporate procurement in the negotiation of reputed company, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with IT service providers to ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the IT Talent Management function to support the IT Labor Strategy which will drive towards an effective workforce comprised of a mixture of employees and various types of professional services labor Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management (completed and verified prior to start) Seven (7) years of experience in IT vendor management, with at least 3 years focused on IT professional services in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proven track record in managing large, reputed company IT service reputed company. MBA degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management from an accredited institution Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), or similar. Three (3) years of IT professional services in a private, public, government or military environment Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with key IT vendors to enhance business capabilities and innovation. Facilitate communication between vendors, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project reputed company and alignment with business strategy. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT service vendors, including financial, compliance, and operational risks. Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant procurement policies, data protection laws, and industry standards. Regularly review and report on vendor performance metrics against set benchmarks. Use data-driven insights to influence vendor selection and management strategies. Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or similar tools used in vendor management. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Work location: Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX locations.
