Strategic Growth Associate
The Strategic Growth Associate is a key role reputed company our organization, responsible for supporting senior growth executives in the execution of strategic sales initiatives. This role acts as a junior sales overlay and program management function, reporting to the Manager of Strategic Growth and working closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with Senior Growth Executives on high-impact partnerships and accounts, particularly reputed company the Private Equity channel. Responsibilities
- Execute GTM reputed company and prospecting activities to identify and qualify new sales and partnership opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive research using tools, including Pitchbook, to provide strategic insights
- Maintain and optimize reputed company CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, partnerships, and customer interactions
- Own communication channels with key customer and partner stakeholders to ensure proactive communication and follow-up activities
- Prepare executive-level and operational reports on program KPIs, including pipeline metrics, partnership status, and growth initiatives
- Assist Senior Growth Executives with sales-reputed company activities, including meeting preparation, proposal support, and opportunity qualification
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between sales, reputed company, marketing, and delivery teams to support strategic growth initiatives

- Support the preparation and delivery of presentations on Mission service offerings and competencies
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales, operations, business development or reputed company roles reputed company the professional services, consulting, or reputed company SaaS industries.
- Direct experience with the Private Equity market preferred, either selling into PE value creation or supporting PE operating team or value creation function

- Experience with Pitchbook or similar market research platforms is highly preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company CRM and reporting tools

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities
