Role Overview The Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own and build the company’s CRM and lifecycle email strategy from the ground up. You will act as the voice of the brand in the inbox, combining strategy, technical execution, and creative excellence. - Own and manage the ESP and CRM stack, ensuring smooth integration with product data.
- Build and maintain dynamic user segments based on behavioral and usage data.
- Maintain list hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and reputed company regulations.
- Architect end-to-end automated journeys: Welcome, reputed company, Activation, Nurture, Upsell, and Win-back flows. Lifecycle Strategy & Optimization – 30%
- Define and execute lifecycle strategy across the full user funnel.
- Identify friction points and design targeted interventions to improve activation and retention.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, layouts, messaging, and CTAs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and translate results into actionable recommendations for Product and Growth teams. Campaign Execution & Creative – 30%
- Design, write, and build high-quality, visually compelling emails reputed company with brand standards.
- Own newsletters, product updates, feature launches, and community communications.
- Ensure proper rendering across devices and inbox providers.
- Customize and troubleshoot email templates using HTML/CSS as needed. Must-Haves (Required)
- 3–5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Email Marketing.
- Proven track record of building automated lifecycle journeys from scratch in PLG SaaS or B2C environments.
- Strong experience with modern ESPs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Autopilot).
- Proficiency with data segmentation, triggers, and event-based workflows.
