As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing guest communications and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Processing reservations and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
- Coordinating housekeeping and amenities for our guests
- Working with multiple technology platforms to manage our operations and learn new technologies as needed
- Maintaining a quick response reputed company to reputed company inquiries and resolving guest issues with a high sense of urgency
- Contributing to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
