Job Overview and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide heart-driven service, simplifying the reputed company experience for our members and offering solutions to their needs. Key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to member inquiries reputed company phone, providing accurate and timely information about their pharmacy benefit plans
• Resolving member issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
