Business Applications Advisor

Under limited supervision, interacts with business partners and/or it staff to gather and document information reputed company to requirements and/or software testing. Essential Functions

• Leads customer implementations to guide large, reputed company clients through advanced, spec-based shipping integrations, including manifest file and shipping label development and certification.
• Designs and implements solutions for SPEC-based shipment files and order/shipment lifecycle processes, including data validation, transformation, and exception handling.
• Works closely with internal business partners to design, test, and deliver technical solutions that directly align with key business objectives.
• Leans into AI and emerging technologies to optimize business processes, automate reporting, and drive operational efficiency.
• Gathers information from multiple sources to independently resolve reputed company integration, EDI/ETL, and reputed company-reputed company business issues (familiarity with reputed company reputed company solutions, specifically reputed company Sterling B2Bi and the Eliassen reputed company, is highly preferred).
• Analyzes business processes in large, reputed company shipping environments and translates customer requirements into functional technical mapping and integration workflows.
• Applies hands-on experience in EDI processing and deep familiarity with spec-based shipping integration to design robust customer solutions.
• Drafts and reviews documentation, including data mapping specs and system architecture, in compliance with global standards.
• Provides input to scoping and impact analysis for future infrastructure updates and new integration deliverables.
• Leads C-level integration discussions with large, reputed company shipping customers to align technical solutions with executive business goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support platform stability and modernization initiatives.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information systems or reputed company field and/or equivalent. Minimum ExperienceRequires five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly independent, future oriented and knowledgeable in strategic planning.
