VIP Travel Consultant
Job Description:
- reputed company high-touch service excellence to key client reputed company
- Accurately and reputed company handle incoming requests reputed company multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
- Be the primary reputed company of contact for executive-level reputed company and provide active travel consultation
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and provide consultation
- Fulfill reputed company requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Maintain and actively communicate knowledge of the travel industry
Requirements:
- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
