Our mission is to transform everyday bath and self-care routines into joyful, sensory-rich experiences that foster independence, confidence, and emotional reputed company between children and their caregivers. Our first product is a patent-pending, refillable dispensing platform designed specifically for children, with a broader reputed company spanning personal care, bath, wellness, storytelling, and family lifestyle products. We have already established strong foundations across product design, engineering, branding, manufacturing, and intellectual property, and we’re looking for an exceptional executive to join as our Founding CEO to help build the company from its earliest stage. This is not a traditional corporate CEO role. We’re looking for someone excited to help build an ambitious consumer brand from the ground up—shaping strategy, fundraising, commercialization, and long-term growth alongside the founders. We are intentionally seeking candidates with hands-on experience building emotionally engaging consumer brands rather than food and beverage backgrounds. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment where strategy, execution, fundraising, hiring, commercialization, and problem-solving happen simultaneously. Ideal Experience

• Founder, CEO, President, General Manager, or senior executive at an emerging or growth-stage consumer brand
• Experience scaling brands from concept through commercialization
• Strong background in DTC, ecommerce, retail, or omnichannel growth
• Experience with consumer brand strategy and positioning
• Manufacturing, supply chain, and product commercialization experience
• Fundraising experience or meaningful investor exposure
• Experience working with product development, formulation, packaging, or innovation teams
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions, and community building
• Existing relationships across retailers, manufacturers, distributors, investors, or strategic partners are highly valued
• Entrepreneurial reputed company with a willingness to build rather than manage
