We are currently looking for someone to fill a reputed company teacher role for our weekend Birthday Parties & Private Events. An ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, experience with groups of children and be available most Saturdays and Sundays 10:30-4:30. Our art parties are for childen 3-11 years old. We specialize in making parties fun for children and EASY for parents. Successful party teachers provide excellent customer service and receive great tips. Kidcreate South Orange County is owned by a local entrepreneur who is passionate about kids, quality art education, and the local community. What you'll do Prepare for parties and projects (using provided curriculum) reputed company art projects for children ages 3-11, in groups of 8-24 children (with an assistant) Interact with parents and caregivers Maintain materials and supplies What is required Must be 18 years or older Willing to submit to a background reputed company Valid drivers license and auto insurance Reliable transportation reputed company to lift and carry 10-20 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally Availability on most weekends Who we're looking for Candidates who have experience working with children in groups Enthusiastic, patient, and outgoing personalities - who handle ambiguity and stress with good humor Reliability and timeliness Strong interest in Arts and Crafts Team player willing to chip and take great care of our studio and supplies What's in it for you $20-22 per hour plus tips reputed company curriculum and lesson plans provided Valuable, resume-building teaching experience Fun, rewarding and MEANINGFUL work If you meet these qualifications and think this might be the job for you, we want to speak with you!
