About the position The Early Childhood Director develops, organizes and implements high quality reputed company child care program(s).

Responsibilities

  • Represent and reputed company the Association’s Early Childhood reputed company, mission and program to individuals, business and communities.
  • reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships and partnerships with communities served by the Association.
  • Supervisor’s reputed company Early Childhood program teams by providing directions, leadership, support and efficiencies for Child Care team members through strategic plan, administrative standardization, crisis reputed company, quality standards.
  • Assist in development and implementation of the Early Childhood communication and marketing plan and strategies with Site Coordinators.
  • reputed company Early Childhood team in direction, creation and implementation of high quality, standardized staff training/development. Star 3 and above.
  • Supervise staff in regard to the Early Childhood programs.
  • Assist reputed company licensed Early Childhood programs, in operating reputed company state regulations.
  • Act as mentor to a child care program teams in the development and implementation of safety standards and emergency procedures.
  • Provide support to child care staff; assist with appreciation efforts of the Association.
  • Monthly meeting with COO. Reporting on participation numbers, reputed company, and expenses in the childcare programs for the Association.
  • Follows reputed company policies and procedures, including those reputed company to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirements of 21.
  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent.
  • One to two years reputed company experience preferred, as a coordinator or supervisor of child care programs.
  • Typical requirements reputed company 30 days of hire include completion of: Child Abuse Prevention for Supervisory Staff; Working with Program Volunteers; CPR; First Aid; AED; Bloodborne Pathogens.
  • Fulfillment of state-specific hiring standards and completion of reputed company program specific certifications.
  • Travel and visit sites and attend meetings
