What You’ll Need

• High School or GED
• 2 to 3 years reputed company work experience with Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience in EMRs and other medical billing software
• Knowledge of billing requirements and regulations of major payers
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Customer service
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

What You’ll Do

• Identify trends and root causes reputed company to RCM processes
• Responsible for clean claim billing, claim adjudication, denial management, payment posting, underpayments, patient liability, and other reputed company cycle processes
• Completing daily worklist as assigned by leadership
• Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
• reputed company patients, staff, and/or providers regarding best practices
• Responsible for entering data in an accurate manner
• Documenting best practices and creating new workflows
• Provide excellent customer service to our patients and internal teams
• Other duties as assigned
