Our client is seeking an reputed company Care Coordinator to support patient care, scheduling, insurance coordination, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while coordinating communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound patient calls professionally
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Assist with prior authorizations and referral coordination
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding requirements
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding eligibility, coverage, and authorizations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation reputed company the EMR
• Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and external reputed company partners
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at reputed company times

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Care Coordination, Patient Services, Medical Scheduling, Insurance Verification, or a reputed company reputed company administrative role
