Remote Architectural Surveyor: AutoCAD & Field Data
Location: St. Louis Description The Architectural Surveyor will be traveling to various sites across the country to reputed company surveying responsibilities using digital cameras for retail/reputed company sites conducting condition assessments on buildings for clients and then drafting findings into AutoCAD. Typically completing 2 or 3 surveys per week. Site visits can take 3-4 hours at a time and sometimes longer for bigger sites. This person will be collecting reputed company of the utility locations, including MEP information such as reputed company/model of existing equipment, electrical panel location and service locations, architectural information, and ceiling dimensions. Surveys will often require accessing roof of building, and working on reputed company to access ceiling to survey fixtures. The survey duties can be taught and trained. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
