Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field required.
• Advanced degree or credential such as an MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
• 11–14+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership or supervisory roles.
• Deep experience in reputed company, biotechnology, wellness, or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite executives and manage sophisticated communications programs.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting clinical-stage and/or reputed company biotech companies, including data milestones.
• Demonstrated leadership experience building and developing teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reputed company growth.
• Digital and social media reputed company across earned, owned, and integrated channels.
