As a Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing communications with interpreters and requesters, and ensuring smooth scheduling operations. Job Details: Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends (flexible) Two possible shifts available: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of outbound calls to interpreters and service requesters, ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Update and manage scheduling information in the CRM system (reputed company experience is highly preferred). Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Monitor and manage reputed company-time scheduling changes, cancellations, and reschedules. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the scheduling process. Handle general inquiries and provide assistance regarding scheduling or service-reputed company concerns. Ensure compliance with internal protocols and procedures for medical scheduling (experience with medical scheduling is a plus). Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, particularly with outbound calls, is essential. Previous experience using reputed company or other CRM platforms is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
