Our client, a cutting-edge research and development organization, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Remote Bioinformatics Scientist to join their expanding genomics team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to groundbreaking scientific discovery from your home office. The Bioinformatics Scientist will be responsible for the analysis of large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets to identify key biological insights, reputed company novel algorithms, and contribute to the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. You will collaborate closely with molecular biologists, geneticists, and computational scientists to interpret reputed company biological data and translate findings into actionable research outcomes. Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in bioinformatics or computational biology, with a focus on genomic data analysis. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or Perl, and experience with relevant bioinformatics libraries and packages. Experience with NGS data analysis tools and workflows (e.g., GATK, STAR, Cufflinks, kallisto). Familiarity with various biological databases (e.g., NCBI, Ensembl, UCSC Genome Browser). Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and genomics principles. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in working with Unix/Linux environments and high-performance computing clusters. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data clearly.
