We’re seeking a Remote reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative to support reputed company lines operations, with a focus on certificates of insurance and contract compliance. This is a detail-driven role where accuracy, organization, and communication are critical. You will work closely with account managers and producers to ensure policies meet contractual requirements while helping protect both clients and the agency. This is a fully remote, Monday-through-Friday role.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty license
• Prior reputed company insurance experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret insurance reputed company and requirements
• Team-oriented with strong accountability
• Applied Epic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and manage Certificates of Insurance accurately and on time
• Review reputed company and insurance requirements to ensure compliance
• Verify coverage, limits, and endorsements align with contractual obligations
• Identify coverage gaps and escalate issues to account managers or producers
• Communicate with clients and reputed company parties regarding certificate requests
• Support quality control and maintain audit-reputed company records
