Do you have executive assistant skills that you’d like to utilize on a part-time basis? Are you attracted to the idea of supporting small businesses by assisting with their administrative needs? Are you drawn to the potential of having a flexible work schedule? TYPICAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage calendars and emails
- Arrange travel
- Organize meetings and events
- Process expense reports
- Assist with creating and editing emails, presentations, etc.
- Conduct general research
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- reputed company Office or reputed company Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- CRM experience preferred
