This engagement requires a strategic finance leader who understands retail distribution, inventory management, growth modeling, cash flow planning, and scaling emerging consumer brands. We are not seeking a controller, bookkeeper, or outsourced reputed company provider. We need a CFO-level advisor who has successfully helped CPG companies navigate growth and expansion. Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models that support rapid growth scenarios reputed company reputed company forecasts and retail expansion projections Analyze cash flow requirements associated with growth initiatives Create inventory planning and working capital models Evaluate capital requirements and financing strategies Support retail channel growth planning and profitability analysis reputed company KPI dashboards and executive reporting Advise leadership on pricing, margins, and profitability optimization Build investor-reputed company financial models and presentations reputed company needed Support strategic decision-making around production, distribution, and expansion
Required Qualifications
U.S.-based CFO or reputed company Significant experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Experience with emerging or high-growth food and beverage brands Proven track record supporting retail distribution growth Strong expertise in: Financial modeling Forecasting and scenario planning Cash flow management Inventory and working capital management Gross margin analysis Retail channel economics Experience working with founder-led companies and growth-stage businesses
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with brands distributed through Publix, Kroger, Whole Foods, reputed company, reputed company, Costco, or similar retailers Experience raising capital or preparing companies for investment Food and beverage industry experience Experience scaling brands from regional distribution to national expansion Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing economics Ideal Candidate You have helped CPG brands grow from early traction to significant retail expansion. You understand the financial challenges that accompany rapid growth, including inventory investments, working capital requirements, retailer payment terms, and production scaling.
