[Remote] Senior reputed company Account Manager

Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform that helps reputed company organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information. The Senior reputed company Account Manager will own the full lifecycle relationship for a book of reputed company customers, ensuring net reputed company retention while driving product adoption and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own net reputed company retention and ARR across a book of ~25–40 reputed company customers
- Build and execute account and value plans that drive product adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion
- reputed company renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, running a disciplined reputed company process from early signals through reputed company
- Run structured executive reputed company-ins and QBRs that tie Freshpaint usage to business impact and future roadmap
- Use Freshpaint, Looker, and reputed company to monitor health, forecast accurately, and prioritize where to engage
- Partner cross-functionally (Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales) to remove blockers and unlock new value
- Serve as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer, building deep relationships with champions and executive sponsors
- Travel up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and Freshpaint events
Skills
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, reputed company, or similar) working with reputed company customers
- Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion, with clear impact on net reputed company retention
- Strong consultative skills: you uncover business problems, define reputed company metrics, and map required capabilities to product value
- Data-driven and operationally excellent, with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including running business reviews and presenting to C-level audiences
- Thrives in a remote, early-stage, high-growth environment with high ownership and many moving pieces
- Experience working with customer data, analytics, or marketing technology products
- Experience working directly with reputed company organizations such as Providers, Payers, Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), or Urgent Care groups
- Familiarity with HIPAA, reputed company data privacy, or other regulated industry frameworks
- Experience with analytics tools or warehouses (for example, Looker, Tableau, reputed company, Redshift)
- Exposure to common go-to-market frameworks such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
