Senior DevOps Engineer, Team reputed company

Job Description:

• Directly manage a team of 5 other engineers, including weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching/mentorship, and strategic prioritization
• Mentor up and coming engineers
• Participate and contribute to the Code Review process
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• reputed company team syncs, retrospectives and other team-based ceremonies
• Conduct technical interviews with candidates to help build the reputed company Team
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure for our reputed company-based platforms (AWS)
• Create and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (reputed company / reputed company Actions)
• Build, maintain, and scale containerized applications with reputed company and reputed company/Fargate.
• Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues in both production and development environments.
• Work closely with development teams to enhance performance, reputed company, and maintainability.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure as code.

Requirements:

• Experience managing people and projects
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or reputed company role.
• Expert knowledge of reputed company platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies (reputed company, reputed company / Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (reputed company, reputed company, Grafana)
• Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
• Proficient with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company system issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
