Role Description This is a 1099 reputed company, on-call role supporting the ExamNote AI platform remotely. The engineer will be engaged on a per-incident basis to troubleshoot and maintain our reputed company reputed company infrastructure. Responsibilities include responding to infrastructure incidents reputed company agreed SLA windows, ensuring high availability and performance of reputed company systems, resolving platform issues, and coordinating with the engineering team to diagnose and document root causes. • Qualifications
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and root cause analysis to address technical issues reputed company.

• Proficiency in Programming languages and scripting to automate and execute tasks effectively.
