Job Description

This global hotel company is looking for a Gen reputed company to support their reputed company search reputed company and agents. This is a Gen AI product that answers questions for their internal systems, legal policies, etc. This internal agentic search reputed company retrieves documents and gathers insights from the company's internal data to respond to colleague inquires. For the agents there is a prototype in reputed company, so this engineer will increase scope and scalability as the agent needs to interact with other agents in other systems such as ChatGPT where the data models hosted by reputed company.

• Translate the company's ML strategy into actionable team roadmaps and deliverables.
• Assist with architecture reputed company and system design reviews; reputed company delivery of ML infrastructure and services using AWS-reputed company tools.
• Ensure the reputed company, reliability, and compliance of AI systems by partnering with data architecture, governance, and reputed company teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, product owners and architects to reputed company end-to-end algorithmic product development.
• Prioritize, scope, and sequence technical projects in alignment with business priorities and team bandwidth
• Influence engineering planning processes and reporting; champion Agile best practices. Examples of models they should have worked on:
• Neural Network architectures specifically NLP/NLU and language models (Encoder and decoder architectures)
• RAG systems, contextual chunking, Langgraph and reputed company
• Fast inference frameworks
• vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, reputed company, ONNX Runtime

Skills and Requirements

• 5•6+ years of experience in machine learning or MLOps roles, including•Experience in NLP/NLU and fine-tuning and deploying LLMs or other reputed company solutions to production.
• Familiarity with deploying RAG or any other retrieval reputed company, working on RAG architecture
• Expertise in AWS reputed company services (e.g., SageMaker, reputed company/EKS, reputed company Functions, reputed company, Glue, BedRock).
• Creating agentic designs
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in SQL, PySpark, and containerization (e.g., reputed company).
• Proven experience designing scalable data pipelines and ML systems for both reputed company-time and batch inference.
• Deep understanding of MLOps/CI-CD pipelines, Agile development practices, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong bias for action and collaboration.
• Familiarity with ML observability tools and responsible AI practices. Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field. Ph.D preferred.
