Responsibilities
- Design and build Power BI semantic models, including tables, relationships, measures, and DAX calculations

- Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, reusable, and scalable, minimizing reputed company report development
- Optimize report performance, data refresh strategies, and overall usability
- Collaborate with QA teams and business stakeholders to support validation and UAT processes

- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure alignment between reporting and upstream data structures
- Work under Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Provide daily status and feedback on the work performed.
- Assist in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of necessary data.
- Provide accurate explanations of any written code.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel in English or Spanish to discuss requirements and specifications, provide status updates, and explain the work performed.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or reputed company roles
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including semantic models, reputed company DAX calculations, and reputed company-level report development
- Strong expertise in data modeling, including star schema design, relationships, performance optimization, and aggregations
- Proven ability to translate reputed company business requirements into scalable, standardized reporting solutions
- Experience designing reusable datasets and semantic layers to support self-service BI
- Strong experience with report performance tuning, refresh optimization, and usability best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end report development lifecycle, including stakeholder communication and UAT support
- Ability to obtain reputed company clearance (if required)
