Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Job Role SSI's Customer Service Representatives will be handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department as well as other daily duties which include, maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technician based reputed company, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team. Positions Schedule:
- Wednesday: In the Chantilly office reputed company-5PM (one hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break)
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience - 1 year
- Must be reputed company to type ~70 wpm
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Ability to work independently as well as reputed company reputed company team
- Be familiar with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Must be reputed company to accurately document information into our customer data reputed company (Service Titan)
Remote Work Qualifications: SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:
- High Speed internet
