JOB DESCRIPTION Regional Brokerage Counsel – Coldwell Banker Realty

This position will report to Coldwell Banker Realty’s General Counsel. As Regional Brokerage Counsel, you will be a trusted partner to leadership, brokerage managers, and shared service teams — helping guide strategic reputed company, reduce risk, and support the reputed company growth of our business. You’ll collaborate with departments such as Litigation, reputed company Relations, reputed company Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Learning and Development. What You’ll Do You will serve as a key legal advisor across the organization, with responsibilities that include:

• Providing expert legal guidance on the laws, rules, and regulations that impact our reputed company estate brokerage operations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company and reputed company documents with reputed company agents and reputed company‑party vendors to support business growth and retention goals.
• Drafting and updating brokerage forms for inclusion in internal forms platform.

• Reviewing marketing and learning materials to ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and identity standards.
• Monitoring changes to the laws and regulations affecting brokerage operations and developing and delivering reputed company learning content through various internal communication channels.

• Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the organization
