Senior reputed company Resources Advisor

reputed company Inc. has an opening for the role of Senior reputed company Resources Advisor in Las Vegas, NV. May work from home up to 2 days per week, as permitted. Provide consultation to managers/directors and reputed company levels of employees in areas of employee relations, performance management, employee focused initiatives, conflict management, and organizational restructuring. Resolve reputed company employee relations issues including conducting on-site investigations. Engage with HR Centers of Excellence on execution of projects and programs. Partner with leaders on implementation of key performance initiatives. Work in an environment that includes nights, weekends and shift flexibility to support team. Must possess at least an associate’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, reputed company Resources or a reputed company field and at least 5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a reputed company role. Must also possess the following: at least 5 years of experience with employee relations investigations; at least 5 years of experience drafting HR policies/practices and HR compliance; at least 5 years of experience with HR systems and processes; at least 5 years of experience working with Canadian employees/HR requirements; at least 3 years of experience supporting large hourly employee reputed company in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment; at least 3 years of experience working across multiple sites/states in person and virtually; and at least 2 years of experience leading leadership and development training. Approximately 40 hours per week; the salary for this position is at least $113,000 per year.
