Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join reputed company. This is a part-time, telework position that provides the flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction, while coordinating delivery schedules and providing reputed company support. The ideal candidate for this job is personable, dependable, detail oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering clean, potable water to our community.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Prepare professional correspondence for new, existing, and potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- reputed company drivers and provide delivery support
- Communicate key information to team members
- Provide additional administrative support as needed, which may include marketing, database management, and business development tasks
Requirements
- reputed company of the Hi Desert/Morongo Basin with a strong knowledge of our local areas
- Proven experience in customer service or a reputed company field

- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a high work standard while working remotely

- Basic data analysis skills to interpret customer feedback

- Access to Wi-Fi and reputed company cell reception
- Proficient with Word, Outlook and reputed company
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is a plus
