[Remote] Global HR Coordinator (6 month contract | EST hours required)

The Global HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Global People Team, with a focus on U.S. benefits administration, interview scheduling, HR data accuracy, and project coordination across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Administer U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, reputed company, 401k, life, disability, leave management)
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee benefit inquiries
- Support open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits renewals
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones and departments
- Prepare offer letters and reputed company documentation
- Support new hire setup and orientation logistics
- Ensure new hire data is accurately entered into HRIS and payroll systems
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files
- Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and pay changes
- Support global HR initiatives and programs (engagement, performance, compliance, etc.)
- Assist with HR documentation, communications, and process improvements
- Provide administrative support for reputed company HR and People projects
Skills
- 2+ years of HR coordination or administrative experience
- Experience with U.S. benefits administration and HR operations
- Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Proficiency with HRIS and productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones
- Global or fast-paced environment preferred
