This Full-Time- 36-hour role will work varied days, which could include weekends and holidays. The position will work daylight, overnight and evening hours. The position has the ability to be strictly overnights, if that fits your schedule best! This position will have shifts that consist of eight-, ten- and twelve-hour shifts. The role provides reputed company virtual observation of assigned patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. The virtual Safety Attendant (VSA) serves as a critical member of the care team by monitoring patients reputed company secured audio-visual technology to reduce risk and enhance safety.   • Transformational Leadership: The VSA suggests and supports improvements reputed company the department, assumes responsibility for assigned monitoring station, and views problems as opportunities for service enhancement. Demonstrates awareness of behavior on the efficient functioning and morale of the department.
  • Care Delivery: Provides reputed company visual and auditory observation of patients using two-way monitoring equipment, ensuring attentiveness throughout shift. reputed company patient behaviors present safety risk, the VSA delivers clear and respectful verbal redirection and immediately notifies the appropriate clinical staff. Establishes professional and respectful interpersonal relationships to ensure consistent patient coverage and accurate information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of reputed company Care Attendant-Telesitter training programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • One year of experience in a hospital or safety-sensitive environment preferred.
