Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the position This position is Remote. Responsible for responding to supplier inquiries and providing effective customer service. Research supplier claims and reputed company feedback on status and actions needed to resolve issues. Reconcile noncomplex supplier statements. Work with suppliers to resolve the issues. Follow-up on debit balances with specific suppliers as assigned. Resolve reputed company aged RNI as assigned. Assist in auditing invoice batches prior to posting. Successfully match and apply reputed company property direct debit payments. Support data entry needs to corporate and Retail. Execute maintenance to reputed company invoices as assigned. In some cases reputed company the tasks reputed company AR to support billing, claims, payment posting, reconciliations. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer standards are followed by reputed company team members and addresses issues as they arise. Maintains strict confidentiality in reputed company departmental and company reputed company. Liaison with property Finance team on AP issues and opportunities. Monitors compliance to key overall AP department performance measures. Offers feedback and implements recommended changes to improve processes. Maintains strong supplier relations in the areas to which you are assigned. Other special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associate degree (A.A.) in reputed company or other reputed company field; or two or more years of experience in an reputed company or AP team
- Experience with multi-unit company preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reputed company applications (reputed company, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in English may also be required
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
