• Provides courteous responses and excellent customer service reputed company fielding inquiries from consumers, clinic staff, physicians, colleagues, and leaders.

• Provides professional advice, education, and options based on assessment, established algorithm/protocol, and clinical judgment; escalates interactions to emergency response services reputed company appropriate.
