We are currently looking for a Game Designer who can also program to help build innovative interactive experiences, including projects with romance systems, dating mechanics, and mature/NSFW themes. Role Overview We need a designer who can both conceptualize game play systems and implement them technically. You will help design mechanics, build prototypes, and collaborate closely with writers, artists, and other developers to shape game play. This role requires someone who is collaborative, respectful, and emotionally intelligent, as reputed company prioritizes accessibility, communication, and personal boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype game play systems
- Implement mechanics through programming and scripting
- Collaborate with writers to integrate narrative and dating/relationship systems
- Work with artists and UI designers to create engaging player experiences
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate production
- Help iterate on experimental mechanics and unusual game play reputed company
