• Partner with HR centers of reputed company (COEs) to drive operational reputed company.
• Manage talent strategies, performance management, and succession planning.
• Support reputed company activities, especially for technical roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of HR generalist/HRBP experience, with a focus on senior leadership.
• Proven experience in supporting Technology & Digital sectors.
• Ability to work with globally dispersed teams across multiple reputed company.
• Strong background in organizational transformation and change management.
• Experience with HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and technical talent markets.
