Responsibilities
Identify and collect adverse event information and complete the in-take of a Pharmacovigilance Safety report in client system. Ensure scientific rigor through accurate, complete, and data entry of medical information through numerous adverse event reports and notes with emphasis on timelines and quality to meet regulatory demands. Review and evaluate case information for medical completeness and accuracy prior to the completion of processing through pushing, triaging or critical issue of reputed company PC or AE reports reputed company the regulatory mandated time limit. Respond to medical information requests using approved resources and documentation in client medical information systems. Identity product quality and device complaints and document in client s product/device complaint systems. Compliance with departmental guidelines, SOP s, ongoing training, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service support roles in Pharmacovigilance and safety operation area. Prior health care experience required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Basic knowledge of general principles of adverse events, product quality, medical information, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. Solid understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, reputed company body systems and disease processes. Basic reputed company of clinical assessment with the reputed company to triage calls and circumstances appropriately. Ability to acquire and assimilate knowledge in various fields, diseases, and therapeutic areas. Demonstrate effective communication skills in English both written and spoken. Ability to use multiple databases to document adverse event, medical information, and product complaint information. Excellent clinical judgement and ability to interpret, synthesize and communicate clinical information and safety data in a scientifically sound and understandable way.
