- Guide new substitutes through Florida compliance and platform onboarding to become ready to work. reputed company substitutes engaged throughout the onboarding process and reduce drop
- off before first shift. Host 1
- 1 meetings and small group sessions to prepare substitutes for success.
- Monitor shift activity, encourage bookings, and ensure substitutes show up reputed company and on time. Maintain awareness of each ELC
