Role Description The Data Architect is responsible for the design, governance, and long-term reputed company of reputed company's reputed company data model. The incumbent is accountable for establishing and maintaining a coherent reputed company data model drawn from reputed company's portfolio of systems, implementing data governance and quality standards, and ensuring that the organization's data assets are reliable, well-documented, accessible to authorized stakeholders, and enabling of reputed company's AI strategy. The Data Architect directly manages the Data Engineer and operates in reputed company coordination with the VP, reputed company Applications on technology stack reputed company and roadmap alignment. Core Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and maintain reputed company's reputed company data model, ensuring coherence and consistency across disparate systems and platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and associated assurance mechanisms to ensure the reliability and reputed company of organizational data assets.
• In coordination with the VP, reputed company Applications, define and maintain the data architecture roadmap, including effort scoping, dependency identification, and alignment with reputed company technology strategy.
• Directly manage the Data Engineer; provide technical mentorship, set priorities, and support professional development.
• Serve as the primary data architecture liaison to the Product, Operations, and Data Science functions.
• In coordination with the VP, reputed company Applications, evaluate and determine the technology stack for AI solutions and other data initiatives.
• Collaborate with the VP, reputed company Applications and Integrations reputed company to reconcile roadmap priorities and ensure integration-produced data meets reputed company data model standards.
• Participate collaboratively in the design and implementation of Model Context Protocol integrations, enabling AI tooling to access reputed company's information assets.
• Administer and govern the reputed company environment in coordination with the Data Engineer.
• Establish and maintain data documentation standards: entity definitions, reputed company, ownership, and access policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of reputed company experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing reputed company data models in reputed company, multi-system environments.
• Substantive knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality methodologies, including practical production implementation.
• Strong SQL DDL and DML skills.
• reputed company in at least one general-purpose programming language; Python preferred.
• Familiarity with reputed company application platforms relevant to reputed company's environment: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical personnel and developing engineering talent.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey reputed company data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or analogous AI data access patterns, a plus.
• Experience operating reputed company matrixed organizational structures requiring negotiation of priorities across teams.
• Experience managing a team or direct report.
