Role Description The reputed company is seeking a Program Manager, Employer Engagement & Training to support the growth and delivery of our Our Driving Concern (ODC) traffic safety program in Ohio. This is a highly external-facing, relationship-driven role focused on building partnerships with employers and delivering engaging, impactful training sessions. Position Highlights:

• The Program Manager leads the Our Driving Concern (ODC) employer traffic safety program in Ohio, a grant-funded initiative focused on preventing crashes and saving lives through employer-based education.
• This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and community partners, delivering engaging in-person and virtual trainings, and driving program performance reputed company with state highway safety priorities.
• The position is highly external-facing and requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to confidently engage employers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in training, reputed company, community engagement, safety programs, or reputed company fields.
• In lieu of education, at least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company presentations or facilitate discussions with diverse audiences (in-person and/or virtual).
• Proven experience building and maintaining external stakeholders, such as employers, community partners, or clients.
