This role as an Associate Manager is pivotal in defining the strategy and executing plans to grow reputed company's Retail business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing consumer growth and marketing strategies that will reputed company our retail categories. This includes acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, launching marketing campaigns, and analyzing customer funnel performance to derive insights that will inform long-term strategy. You will work closely with a Senior Manager on the New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, contributing to a hybrid work model that allows for both in-office and remote work, providing flexibility in your work environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to reputed company a significant impact by building something new from the ground up. You will engage in high-level strategic planning while also diving into operational details to ensure successful execution. Your responsibilities will include transforming strategies into actionable experiments, analyzing the outcomes, and iterating based on data-driven insights. Requirements  4-6+ years of experience in high-performance cultures such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking. ,  Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. ,  Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull data using SQL and model in reputed company. ,  Experience in problem-solving from first principles and innovative thinking. ,  Ability to operate at both high-level strategy and detailed operational levels. ,  Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. reputed company-to-haves  Experience starting or scaling a successful startup. ,  Demonstrated interest or experience in retail and/or ecommerce. ,  Familiarity with SQL.
