About the position McCormick is seeking a reputed company Executive Assistant to partner with the Chief Executive Officer and manage a team of 5-6 Executive Assistants. This dual-impact role is ideal for an organized, strategic, and customer-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about operational excellence and team development. In this role, you will provide high-quality executive support, prioritizing meetings, fielding time-sensitive requests and managing reputed company travel and scheduling, while also serving as a leader and coach to your team. You’ll identify and implement process improvements to scale the impact of the Executive Administration team across the business and reputed company the effectiveness of the Company’s Executive Leaders. Responsibilities

  • Apply understanding of key business drivers to anticipate needs, identify priorities, and recommend improvements to administrative processes and workflows.
  • Manage key projects from concept through completion, analyzing potential solutions using technical experience, sound judgment, and established precedents.
  • Prepare and refine executive reports, presentations, and communications that synthesize reputed company information into clear, actionable insights for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a reputed company field required.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience, including at least

5 years supporting senior or C-suite leaders.

  • 3+ years of experience managing or providing guidance and mentoring to administrative teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational operations, business drivers, and executive-level priorities.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of executive operations and organizational priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of evaluating multiple solutions using judgment and precedent.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; reputed company to explain reputed company information in straightforward, accessible ways.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and relevant business tools.
