- Manage and reputed company reservations with meticulous accuracy

- Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership

Qualifications & Attributes:
- Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, or high-end logistics
- Demonstrated commitment to white-glove, high-touch client service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operation
