About the Role

The HR People Leader supports multiple small-business clients with day-to-day HR operations, compliance-aligned practices, and special projects — and owns HR operations for Endurium internally. It’s a hands-on, client-facing role that blends administrative and analytical work with a consulting mindset, helping organizations build compliant, scalable, employee-focused systems. This is a full-time salaried position. While scheduling is flexible, the role requires reliable availability for client meetings and deadlines across multiple time zones. What You’ll Do

  • HR operations & compliance: Draft and maintain handbooks, policies, and SOPs for multiple clients across varying jurisdictions; monitor employment-law changes and keep documentation current.
  • Compensation & benefits: Gather market salary data, analyze internal pay equity, build compensation bands, and make data-driven recommendations, escalating complex decisions to senior consultants.
  • Recruiting & onboarding: Create interview guides, document hiring and onboarding workflows (pre-hire through 30/60/90 days), and support posting, screening, scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Performance management: Help design review cycles, templates, goal-setting tools, and manager how-to guides that scale across clients.
  • People programs & insights: Build engagement and recognition programs, run engagement surveys, analyze results, and prepare summary reports with recommended actions for client leaders.
  • Client partnership: Serve as a responsive point of contact across multiple accounts, participate in client meetings and business reviews, and manage priorities, timelines, and status updates.

  • Familiarity with the employee lifecycle, policy documentation, and core employment-law and compliance concepts, with the ability to research and apply federal, state, and local regulations
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and follow-through skills, with a systems mindset
  • Comfort in a client-facing, consulting environment, including presenting drafts and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate HR topics for non-HR audiences
  • Self-direction and reliable availability in a fully remote setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, cloud file sharing)

Nice to have: Consulting or client-service experience in HR, operations, or organizational development; exposure to HRIS, ATS, or project-management tools (e.g., Smartsheet); experience documenting business processes and SOPs; familiarity with engagement, compensation, or survey platforms; a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
