LinkedIn Growth Specialist (CEO Personal Brand)
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our CEO's LinkedIn presence and turn it into a meaningful business asset. This is not a social media coordinator position. This is not a "post three times per week" position. We are looking for someone who understands how to build authority, grow an audience, create engagement, and generate real business relationships through LinkedIn. If your experience is primarily managing company pages, this is probably not the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Manage our CEO's LinkedIn profile on a daily basis
- Develop and execute a long-term personal branding strategy
- Write content that reflects the CEO's voice and industry expertise
- Create posts that generate engagement, conversations, and visibility
- Grow the CEO's network with targeted industry connections
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to establish relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve results
- Stay current on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
Requirements
- Proven experience growing personal LinkedIn profiles for founders, executives, or business leaders
- Strong writing skills and the ability to capture someone else's voice
- Experience using LinkedIn as a business development tool, not just a content platform
- Demonstrated success with LinkedIn outreach campaigns and relationship building
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics, Sales Navigator, and growth strategies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Self-managed, organized, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
- Personal branding for CEOs, founders, or executive leadership
- B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
- Transportation, trucking, logistics, fleet management, fuel cards, or related industries
