Associate Manager Distributed Email operations Remote 4 to 18 months Chicago preferred WebEx Interview If former Hyatt remote ok Description: PURPOSE: The Associate Manager, Distributed Email Operations, is responsible for executing and ensuring the quality of marketing campaigns for a defined portfolio of hotels. This role serves as the primary operational and execution partner to hotels, managing campaign QA, approvals, and deployment coordination while ensuring compliance with brand and CRM standards. This role will also serve as a cross-functional bridge to Field Marketing, for Field Marketing opted-in hotels, to ensure that Field Marketers are informed and have visibility into hotel-level campaign initiatives. This is a highly detail-oriented and cross-functional role that combines campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational support. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Distributed Email Operations
- Manage hotel ticketing intake process and triage to cross-functional teams where applicable
- Streamline process and support development of scalable workflows using ServiceNow
Campaign Quality Assurance & Approvals
- Review and approve marketing campaigns to ensure:
- Brand and design compliance
- Content accuracy, grammar, and messaging consistency
- Legal content compliance
- Validate campaign functionality, including rendering, responsiveness, link accuracy, tagging and personalization logic
- Facilitate and manage approval workflows across stakeholders
Campaign Execution Support
- Coordinate campaign deployment with hotel, field marketing, CRM, and platform teams once approvals are secured
- Ensure campaigns are executed according to established timelines and calendars
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to CRM governance, including audience rules and contact frequency guidelines, and content compliance guidelines
- Identify risks or issues and escalate as needed
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for field marketing managers and assigned hotels where applicable
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM campaign execution
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise-based organizations
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or related industries a plus
- Experience with Braze and Sageflo Radiate (or other like platforms) a plus
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
