We act as the acquisition engine that empowers investors to control high-value assets for a fraction of the cost through Rental Arbitrage. If you have a killer instinct for sales, negotiation, and closing, we will provide you with the keys to a high-yield operation. Who We Are Looking For: Elite Sales Background Required This is a pure negotiation and closing role. We want individuals who thrive under pressure, command authority on the phone, and know how to close high-ticket deals.
- Natural Closers: You aren't selling buildings; you are selling cash-flowing operations to hungry investors.
- Master Negotiators: You will be brokering corporate lease addendums and deferred deposits with landlords—requiring a strong, persuasive sales presence.
- Consultative Experts: You will act as a tactical consultant and authority figure, guiding investors through a high-pressure "shuffleboard" of negotiations.
- Entrepreneurs at Heart: You want to leverage your client base to launch your own ancillary vendor-style businesses within the AYP ecosystem.
The Day-to-Day Thrill
- The Hunt: Use data to find the "Truth" of a property's market viability before a client ever sees it.
- The Pitch: Evaluate market trends, spikes, and seasonal data to present bulletproof, revenue-backed deals to your clients.
- The Close: Ensure every negotiation is handled with gentlemanly precision and a 100% regulatory-compliant shield.
Uncapped Earnings Breakdown (Weekly & Monthly Potential) For a driven sales professional, the income potential is massive. Earnings are based on a standard $2,500.00 Acquisition Fee per unit. A focused, high-performing AM typically closes between 1 to 5 deals per week. 1. Acquisition Manager in Training (50% commission split with your Mentor)
- 1 Deal/Week: $375.00 weekly / $1,500.00 per month
- 5 Deals/Week (Top Closer): $1,875.00 weekly / $7,500.00 per month
2. Certified Acquisition Manager (Full 30% commission per unit)
- 1 Deal/Week: $750.00 weekly / $3,000.00 per month
- 5 Deals/Week (Top Closer): $3,750.00 weekly / $15,000.00 per month
Note: High-value furnished operations can be listed for up to $15,000.00. Certified AMs who also choose to manage setup logistics earn an increased 45% commission per deal.
