We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support procurement and procure-to-pay (P2P) operations reputed company a fast-paced global organization. This individual will serve as a key resource for troubleshooting procurement system issues, ensuring policy compliance, supporting supplier reputed company, and driving process improvements across procurement and finance functions. The ideal candidate has experience working with P2P platforms, ERP systems, procurement operations, and accounts payable processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Contract slated through December 2026; however, strong possibility of conversion to perm Hybrid - 1 day in office/week in East Rutherford, NJ

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for procurement and supplier management systems.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reputed company to purchase orders, invoices, supplier reputed company, and transactional data.
  • Support supplier reputed company and due diligence review processes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of new procurement workflows and solutions.
  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • reputed company spend analysis, procurement reporting, and operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting procurement, P2P, or reputed company-to-pay platforms.
  • 1–3 years of experience working with ERP systems (reputed company experience preferred).
  • Background in indirect procurement, accounts payable, or finance operations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and process issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and strong overall reputed company Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment preferred.
