Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and update data across multiple platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, Salesforce) with a focus on precision and speed.
  • Collect data from diverse sources, including email attachments, scanned documents, web forms, and third‑party APIs, and transform it into standardized formats.
  • Conduct routine data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Generate and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide real‑time insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Marketing, Finance, and Product—to understand their data needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Document data entry procedures, create SOPs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data workflows.
  • Provide timely support to other departments by extracting, cleaning, and preparing data for ad‑hoc analysis.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new data tools and platforms, offering feedback on usability and training needs.
  • Maintain a secure, organized, and backup‑ready repository of all data files and related documentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using macros, scripts, or low‑code solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management, information systems, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1‑2 years of hands‑on data entry or data management experience, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Familiarity with data entry software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
